Our Process

Step One: The first step in our specialty build process is to understand your goals and needs of your vehicle. We work with organizations in the health care and public safety sectors that rely on our equipment to operate in the field everyday. Our goal is to deliver a vehicle that will operate reliably for years to come while offering a functional and comfortable environment for staff and patients.

During our initial assessment, we document a list of specialty equipment you need installed on the vehicle, the goal of the vehicle, and what your overall vision is for the unit.  After this process is complete, we begin to draft the initial blue-print. The development of a blue-print set to scale is essential for specifying exactly where equipment will be positioned inside the future unit. In addition to understanding your needs, we also know the importance of discussing where the equipment installed with team members that will be working inside the vehicle. Whether future operator is a doctor, nurse, dentist or fire fighter it’s important to understand each use case. Our goal is to not only make these vehicles functional, but to provide the best and most efficient experience possible for those that use the vehicle.

Step Two: After a full-scale design and consultation process is complete, we move to the build stage. Based on your design we provide an estimated time of completion for the project and provide regular updates on the progress of the build. We understand the importance of communication during this stage so you are informed on progress. We may also be in touch with you over this time period to ask some additional detailed questions about build preferences.

Step Three: At the conclusion of this project you are presented with your specialty unit. When possible we schedule on-site walk through at this time to demonstrate how the different components of your vehicle operate. This is a great opportunity share exactly how your vehicle works, but also to make any changes to the vehicle. As with anything we manufacture at M&R Trailers and Trucks, we stand behind our work and will make updates to the vehicle after the initial build is complete. Our goal is always 100% client satisfaction and it’s the reason we’ve been successful in our 15+ years in business.
