Mobile Food News Round Up for April, 2015

With the weather finally switching between a chilly and transitioning it into the busy summer months the food truck scene is back out in force across the United States. Here are some interesting stories have popped up during this time of transition so you’re up-to-date with the latest in mobile food news.

Kansas City Keeps Trucks Away from potential Tournament Venue – New restrictions in Kansas City are making it more difficult for food truck owners to park downtown. 

Des Moines Allows Food Trucks – It may seem hard to believe, but there are actually numerous cities across the United States that still don’t allow food trucks. Fortunately, Des Moines is no longer included in this list. 

Twin Cities Food Truck Explodes – One of the Twin Cities most popular mobile food unitftn2s exploded last month. No one was injured as a result of the blast, but it is a reminder of the importance of safety and a quality build on any food unit. 

Hong Kong is considering Food Trucks – Good news if you live in Hong Kong. You might be able to eat off a food truck soon!
